About Jimin

“I love systems.
I love operations.
I love helping other PI lawyers fix what’s broken, build what’s missing, and scale what’s working. “

In 2019, I walked away from a steady paycheck at a PI firm and started my own — not because I was fearless, but because I was frustrated. The systems at the firm I worked for were a mess. Clients were unhappy. Steps were missed. Cases were delayed. The firm was also spending money in the wrong places, and there simply weren’t enough cases coming in. I saw what needed to be done to fix the marketing and improve client experience — but as an associate attorney, my voice didn’t matter. The partners didn’t want to hear it.

So I bet on myself. I started my firm at home, with nothing but a laptop and a vision for a more effective, scalable, client-centered system. No office, no staff, no big marketing budget.

What I did have was a clear idea of how to get clients and how personal injury cases should flow — from intake to disbursement — with fewer mistakes and faster resolutions. I didn’t need a giant team to pull that off. I just needed the right structure.

From 1–2 Clients a Month to 50-60

It didn’t happen overnight. In the beginning, I was signing 1–2 new cases a month. 5 years later, my firm signs 50 – 60 new cases every month, fully remote, with less than 1% of our revenue spent on marketing. We now manage over 700 active cases.

Even seasoned PI attorneys I know — with 20+ years of litigation experience — are shocked by our growth. Some of them pull in fewer cases and less income, even after decades of practice. They’ve watched my firm rise over the years, and more than once, they’ve asked:
“Who’s doing your marketing?”
“What’s your secret?”
There is no secret. Just systems, and execution.

There is no secret. Just systems And execution.

The Mistakes I Made — And Why They Matter

In the early days, I made my share of bad decisions — including wasting thousands on a “top” attorney marketing company that promised the world and delivered nothing. I lost time and money, and eventually scrapped the entire website they built.
That wasn’t my only bad hire — but every mistake taught me what to look for, what to avoid, and how to build a vendor list that actually works. These lessons are now part of my coaching — so you don’t waste the money I did.

Why I Coach

I’m doing this because I love it.
I love systems. I love operations. I love helping other PI lawyers fix what’s broken, build what’s missing, and scale what’s working.

This coaching isn’t about mindset. It’s not therapy. It’s about strong systems, tight operations, and profit-driven execution.

If you’ve ever felt like your firm should be doing more — but you don’t know what to fix or where to start — that’s exactly what I help you solve. I’ve been there. I’ve built my way out.

And now I want to show you how.
